These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ember-rising.co(the “Site”) and any purchases you make from Ember Rising (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or state, or be using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

Products & orders

• We aim to describe our products and their prices accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, imagery, or other content are error-free.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock.
• Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change at any time before your order is placed. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@ember-rising.co and we’ll make it right. Because coffee is a perishable product, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time in your account or by contacting us before your next renewal.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Ember Rising name and branding — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ember Rising will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page.
